Thanks Mike,
I was under the assumption that you were already aware of this, otherwise I
would have sent a bug report.
It would be great if Saxon and Instant Saxon would support this out of the
box. Where I work, people constantly view UTF8 XML files with Notepad, and
when saved back, it's not usable anymore with Saxon.
