Yes, that book is excellent.

Two good XSLT books that weren't mentioned yet:

XSLT Quickly by Bob DuCharme
The XSL Companion by Neil Bradley

Also, Elliotte Rusty Harold's XML Bible has a good XSLT chapter, which
is online at:
