The XSLT 1.1 spec is going to be officially withdrawn, and the XSLT 2.0
requirements are going to be updated to incorporate the XSLT 1.1
requirements, and the backwards compatibility requirement will change to
refer to 1.0. Essentially the requirements addressed by XSLT 1.1 are still
recognized (on the whole), but the eventual solutions to those requirements
may in some cases be different from those in the XSLT 1.1 WD.
