ANN: xsltproc update with XML Catalog support

Just a quick update for those interested in using/testing XML Catalog
    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/entity/spec-2001-08-06.html
with xsltproc.
I have updated libxml/libxslt (1.0.3/2.4.3) to handle this specification,
check the associated page describing how to use it
    http://xmlsoft.org/catalog.html

Downloads from ftp://xmlsoft.org/ , there have been a number of bug
fixed since the last 1.0.0 announcement too, you may want to update
if you're using the older version.
