I don't know if that's all you want, but if you do, you can simple make "empty" templates for what you want to leave out:
<xsl:template match="Result"/>
<xsl:template match="Code"/>
<xsl:template match="NameAdress1"/>
<xsl:template match="*">
<xsl:if test="text()">
<xsl:copy-of select="."/>
</xsl:if>
</xsl:template>
The extra test is because I suppose you want to supress NameAdress-nodes without contents....
And in that case, if Result and Code are always empty, you wouldn't even need the first 2 templates....
