DOCTYPE/DTD

Hi-

This is sort of continued from the "ignore a line"
question, but not quite.

This is more of a Xalan question other than a specific
XSL question.

Can I "turn Xalan off" so that it does not try to
connect to the DTD (DOCTYPE) when it is parsing the
input XML document?
