Where can i get documentation on the difference between
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl">
and
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/TRANSFORM"
version="1.0">

and what elements are supported by each one.
What is the minimum configuration for each one...
