No, but why do you care? Any XML parser will produce the same results
for

<Song1  Title="?&quot;This is the &quot;@1&quot;song&quot;"
Singer="&quot;Gunjan&quot;"/>

and

<Song1  Title='?"This is the "@1"song"'
Singer='"Gunjan"'/>

so whatever application is using the XML you generate should be able to
use either form.
