What do i need to serve XML?

what do I need to get XSL working on a microsoft server machine (probably
IIS although if you could get it on PWS that would be toooo cool)... doing
all the processing and parsing etc on the server and passing pure HTML to
the client? i.e i.e 4+ ns4+ ns6.
