IE 6.0 Beta Error - Another evil 'namespace' problem.

I defined the following ENTITIES in my XSL Stylesheet:

<!ENTITY a-name "<a>
                    <xsl:attribute name='name'><xsl:value-of
select='@id'/></xsl:attribute>
                 </a>">

<!ENTITY a-href "<a>
                    <xsl:attribute name='name'><xsl:value-of
select='@idref'/></xsl:attribute>
                 </a>">

IE 6.0 gives me an XSL namespace problem.  Probably because it is
reading the entity notations before it gets to the root element
that contains the namespace notations.

I ran the same stylesheet through Saxon and it works just fine.
