WinXP and IE6 come with the latest parser as standard... but you are
right - MSXML v3 (Full Release) was in September 2000 if my memory
serves me... and that was before IE5.5 came out... I, for one, was very
disappointed it didn't contain MSXML3 as standard, since the old
namespace would have still worked, so older XSL pages would still have
worked.

And having to release a Service Pack to Commerce Server 2000 to get it
working with MSXML3 was a little lax *grin*
