In XSLT stylesheet I use     <fo:block> <xsl:text> </xsl:text> <fo:block>
when I transformed to XSL-FO it appeared        <fo:block/>
and when it is converted to PDF (using Fop 0.18.1) the empty line doesn't
appear. Why?
