product debuging
<xsl:for-each select="//a/b/c">

  MyKey contains node
   <xsl:value-of select="generate-id()"/>
  with value
    <xsl:value-of select="concat(d,':',e,':',f)"/>
</xsl:for-each>

Initial // don't do anything in matches except alter the default
priority on templates (and don't do anything at all on a key
definition).
