RE: Ampersand for URLs

Netscape does NOT like & in the href, it results in a 401 error. Bit of
a pain, but there you go.

In my experience all browsers will understand both & and & in hrefs.  In
fact, using & is safer as IE4 sometimes sees &something in a URL as a
character entity and translates it, causing all sorts of problems.
