If I understand correctly you want to have 2 links in each block, and those links have to be targetted to the other two blocks. so links in block1 refer to 2 & 3 and so on right? What do you mean by reload xsl? Is this maybe a framework on a website your talking about? If so, you can just test the value of position of the blocks, and if it differs from the preset variable that holds the value of the current block position you generate a link.
