xslisapi filter for iis

hello,

does anyone have any experience using the xslisapi.dll isapi filter for
MS IIS? i'm using IIS 4 on windows NT, and cant get the dll to do what i
think it's supposed to do (transform xml server side, send
html.wml/whatever back to the client). any help would be greatly
appreciated.
