Need help with configuring NT server to run MSXML2

Thought I'd ask this list if there was anyone who would be able to tell me
how to run tests on our server to see if the XML parser is working? I'm
having BIG problems with creating server objects in ASP, and I can't find
out why. The following code:

	objHTTP.Open sMethod, sSource, False
	objHTTP.send()
	objXML.loadXML(objHTTP.responseText)

Works fine on our local dev server, but I always get an error when trying to
use the .send method. I'm sure it's a timeout problem on the server, but
can't find any errors?

If anyone knows how to locate problems, this would be most helpful. I've
tried every other route I could find, but everything I've changed has still
not fixed the problem!
