Be careful, Yue: 0150 is an en-dash or en-rule (a short dash used
between ranged of numbers, sometimes typed like 36--45). What
most people call "the dash" --- used between phrases like this
--- is an em-dash or em-rule and is code point 0151, not 0150.
Better still, use the typographic characters if your rendering
system supports them:

<!ENTITY ndash	"&#x2013;"> <!-- EN DASH -->
<!ENTITY mdash	"&#x2014;"> <!-- EM DASH -->
