viewing XSL + XML in ie5.5

does anyone know why ie5.5 says that the keyword xsl:choose may no contain
PCDATA nodes? 
One of my collegues have that message, but another and my own machine don't
have that problem.  I've had the collegue with the problem to install the
msxml3 and also updated the ie to 5.5. but still the same problem. he uses
NT, but the other collegue is also working on NT and yet it works....
can anyone through some light on this??!!
