Misleading perhaps but not untrue. I did add the qualifier "if it appears in
the source tree". Having thought about it a bit more, it seems perfectly
reasonable to give the user an option as to whether the xinclude:include
should appear in the XSLT source tree or should be expanded first by the
parser, or by some intermediate filter.
