XSL-List is moving

The XSL-List is moving to a new hosting service (and Mulberry is
moving to a new webhost).  The transition should be complete by
tomorrow, but it may take a bit longer for the changed IP address to
percolate through to all name servers.

So we don't lose either messages or subscribers during the transition,
the XSL-List is currently being moderated, as are all requests to
subscribe or unsubscribe.  Once the list has moved, the posts will be
posted, the subscribers subscribed, and the unsubscribers
unsubscribed.
