You wouldn't believe the battles I've had with our corporate IT department
on this one! Sorry, I can't change it. Actually they agree they got it wrong
but they tell me that reconfiguring a Microsoft Exchange server with 25,000
names in its directory is prohibitively expensive/disruptive. So it comes
down to the evil empire again.

I'm only half English anyway.
