[Zvon announcement] Zvon glossary

We are getting lost in the sea of abbreviations, terms, and acronyms
and so we have created Zvon Glossary:

The glossary is XML focused but the relation to XML can be very loose.
Unsuccessful searches are logged and manually scanned for possible
inclusion to the database.
