XSL-List status

The XSL-List is still being moderated since ten looped messages were
received yesterday.

I have been trying unsucessfully to restart the archive while the
XSL-List is being moderated, since I could be sure when no new
messages would be received.  The access that I have been provided is
not sufficient to do it.
