xml caching
I have a very large XML file that represents the Table of Contents for my
site.
I apply a stylesheet to it to render navigational components such as
"breadcrumbs"
and others. I am using Saxon as by transformation engine and the performance
is
barely acceptable since the engine must read the XML over and over again and
parse
it into the same DOM repeatedly. Is there anyway to cache the parsed DOM and
pass
the root node to the transform function within Saxon. Any and all help is
greatly
appreciated...TIA.
