Re: sum function

| I need to sum all <amount> fields where //cashflow/when='now'.

select="sum(//cashflow/amount[when='now'])"

I try to avoid using a leading // if I can, so it might
be better to get your current node context correct
using <xsl:for-each> or by including the sum above
in an appropriately-scoped match="xxx" template so
you can do:

select="sum(cashflow/amount[when='now'])"

without the //
