Subject: unknown element selection (parent is known)

How do I select a record without knowing the
name of it. What I know is the name of the parent,

<PARENT>
    <???>Donald Ball</???>
    <???>23</???>
</PARENT>

Another thing i do not know is the number of elements. So I will
proberly have to use for-each.
