XSLT Programmer's Reference (was: xslt assistance please)

Actually, what buy.com has for $19.99 is the "XSL Reference" by David
Sussman.  But the info page on it has a photo of the cover of the XSLT
Programmer's Reference!  Buy.com has nothing on XSLT per se.
