XML --> HTML Server Application

Hi Friends
I made a XML, XSL and DTD file using XML SPY.
My doubt is :
This application XML--> HTML will work in the company server, so the
visitor will receive the HTML only !!!
DO I need to create other files ? How can XSLT file can help me ?
All the Webserver plataform is Microsoft.
