XSL FO engine with (working) support for fo:table-header and

Hi,

I am looking for an XSL FO engine which

- supports the namespaced defined in the latest draft,

- supports fo:table-header in that it is repeated on following pages and

- supports automatic width adjustment for columns (no need to declare the
width in advance using fo:table-column).

(I checked FOP and RenderX...).
