Go to System32 and find msxml3.dll [if you only have an msxml.dll, then you
have not installed any of this year's releases].

Get the version number by right clicking and going to Properties.

July release	8.0*
May release		7.5*
March release	7.0* (I think)
January release	6.* (I think)
IE5 release		5.*
