DaveP (And yes, it will go into the faq) The Eighth Edition of our book has the "Muenchian Method" and given your suggestion I've just dubbed both the intersection and difference approaches (see my earlier note today regarding the difference) I had added in the text of the Ninth edition as the "Kaysian Method".
