RE: MSXML Whitespace handling

This is a bit late in the thread, but a point for microsoft to note:
I have not come across any xsl documentation which states that xsl:text does
not preserve whitespace, but I have come across plenty of documentation
which states that it does.
It it does not preserve whitespace, there is no way of generating whitespace
in your output.
