XSLT programmer's Reference by Michael Kay, published by Wrox Press.

Details on www.wrox.com, or just search www.amazon.com for "XSLT".

I'm sure there must be a distributor in India, but Amazon ship worldwide.

Mike Kay

(Incidentally, some people may have noticed that Amazon have David Sussman
down as a second author. He's listed in the Wrox catalogue data as an
"additional contributor" because he drafted some of the reference material
for Appendix A. It would be interesting to know how Amazon transform the
data they get from Wrox!)
