First read this FAQ http://www.netcrucible.com/xslt/msxml-faq.htm to
understand the issues with MSXML (the processor you're using). Different
versions of it are going around and one of them doesn't implement XSLT, but
a very outdated version of XSL.
If you want to switch to another processor I'd suggest SAXON. Very very
compliant.
