This happens because your elements are in the namespace urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xml-data, and you haven't written any templates matching this namespace. Try removing the default namespace declaration from your source document and retry. BTW: I recommend to install Instant Saxon as well -- this is a very good method to confirm that a specific XSLT issue is not particular to MSXML (as in this case).
