RE: propagating entities definitions into resulting XML

Using an output element like this

  <xsl:output method="xml" doctype-system="test.dtd"/>

you could output 

  <!DOCTYPE test SYSTEM "test.dtd">

but I know of no way to output an internal DTD subset (the stuff in the
square brackets) with it. If test.dtd includes a general parameter entity
reference to myent.ent, that may serve your needs.
