RE: MSXML 3.0 XSLT. Does it work?

Hi,

check the SDK. Basically you need to run XMLINST.EXE to have MSXML3 take
over MSXML's ProgID. This is needed if you want IE5 to use it, or if you're
not using "MSXML2.DOMDocument" to create the object.
