RE: XSLT regression tests.

I'm on that committee and yes, we are at an early stage. Send
me test cases if you want to. Right now, we are looking at the
XSLT and XPath recommendations, evaluating how "airtight" they
are and thinking about ways to cite very small fragments of
those documents and associate the fragments with test cases.

We will probably have a public discussion of this project at
the XML World conference in Boston in early September, and
again at later conferences.
