CGI's to Load Remote XML.

Anyone know of any CGI's that would load remote XML in the same way that ASP
Tear (http://www.alphasierrapapa.com/IisDev/Components/AspTear/), ActiveXML
(http://vivid-creations.com/) or ASPHTTP( http://serverobjects.com/) do?
