fo region after
I'm struggling to compehend the relationship between
the various regions of an xsl page.

Objective: To lay out a page with a footer (loose terminology)
of 1in, which is to contain a line or two in a single fo:block,
as a region-after for static-content.

In the page-master I set a margin-bottom of 1 inch.

The region-body *also* has a margin-bottom.
Is this *within* the margins of the page, hence has no
association with nor relation to the static-content,
as I believe?

I *think* I'm looking for a *simple* view of the page
complete, with the various regions marked out and
the relationship to the various attributes (traits)
clearly indicated.

I'm fairly happy with the relationship between content
padding and borders, each being held one within the other,
but the page 'equivalent' I find quite confusing.
I can even get my head around the space before/after/start/end.

6.4.12 (27 Mar wd) contains a figure which half explains it;
 ViewportsToPage-level.gif
Is the white area around the region-body a margin?

MediaReferenceArea.gif a little further down illustrates
the margin-bottom, but still no relation to the attributes.

Can anyone assist please?

Regards, DaveP
