Probably because that's how it came to me.

For some reason I thought that if it would test the first one
and found it false it would do nothing, but I don't know.....
Oh! yeah I remember I was trying to get the lowest priority 
first and the highest last. All I had to do is turn it around.

I'll do it your way, though.
