Sorry Sebastian, how can I? My examples _are_ in the old (1999-04-21) 
namespace. We are now preparing a set of test cases for the last version 
of the draft, that will bear the new namespace URI. Until then, I think it is 
reasonable to keep the old one.

If it is only a matter of replacing the namespace, I don't see any real 
problem; one line in Perl will do the whole job ;-). I would be really 
glad to hear from other implementors about their performance.
