RE: simple:xsl

This applies the Party template to all child <Party>s provided any one of
them has @stdValue='Supply'.

I suspect you don't need the <xsl:choose> here at all, just write

<xsl:apply-templates select="Party[@stdValue='Supply']">

But I'm guessing as to your intentions.
