Your namespace declaration is wrong - when using IE5 you have to use the
following:
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl"

This is because the "xsl" that IE5 uses is nothing like XSLT.

(and this question is asked about 5 times a day...)
