The XSQL Servlet ships with several demos that illustrate doing exactly this. Best to ask Oracle-specific questions on our XML Tech Forum (which I see now that you have, too). Thanks. _________________________________________________________ Steve Muench, Consulting Product Manager & XML Evangelist Business Components for Java Development Team ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mathews, Silvy (HQP)" <Silvy.Mathews@xxxxxxxx> To: <xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, March 15, 2000 2:00 PM Subject: XSL for database | First of all thanks to Steve,Dave,Martin for their valuable advice. | Basically I wanted to create full fledged oracle database application using | this technology (Java/XML/Oracle) . For the time being I am concentrating on | getting the information from a table and create a dynamic link to one of the | fields. For example if I am querying the EMP table, I shoud get the results | with all the employees in the table in a tabular format with links for the | first names of all the employees. How do I go about? | | Silvy Mathews | | | | | XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list | XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
