Anyone got Inlogix NS 4.x XML/XSL plugin working?

I tried downloading and installing the www.inlogix.de plugin which is
supposed to enable XML/XSLT display in NS4.

The instructions were simple; too simple. They said put the dll in the
plug-ins directory; fine did that. But obviously I need to do more
because attempting to display their sample XML/XSLT file has NS asking
me if I want to open IEEXPLORER.

Anyone have any luch using this?

Anyone know of any other XML/XSL/XSLT plug-ins to XML-able NS4?
