Far more interesting.
So, for instance the para tag has
a whole host of namespaces 'attached' to it.

E.g. 
NS name: ns1
 NS value : http://ns1.com
 NS name: ns3
 NS value : http://ns3.com
 NS name: long
 NS value : A long namespace uri

I may as well keep on with the daft questions.

I know this is a contrived example, but
what earthly use is this information?
I also note that the namespaces are provided
in document order, almost the reverse of
any interest that I might have in them.
