[ANN] Oracle XML Parser & Oracle XSLT 2.0.2.7

Version 2.0.2.7, our 7th production maintenance release, of the:

 - Oracle XML Parser for Java
 - Oracle XSLT Processor

is now available at http://technet.oracle.com/tech/xml

In addition to bug fixes, notable details include...

-> New debug mode for XSLT for error info on file/line/col
-> New 'oraxml' command-line utility to check wellformedness/validity
-> version="1.0", xsl:version="1.0" now strictly enforced as per XSLT 1.0
