I think you need to be more specific about what you want to print. HTML pages can also be printed as source HTML or as you see them in the browser. Starting from an XML source document, you can use XSLT to transform it in an XSL-FO document and then use FOP to produce a PDF file. Perhaps it is easier to use XSLT to transform to HTML and then print that.
